The neighborhood is concerned about how the drainage from this development will effect us. There is a creek that runs thru the bakyards of many owners. Last year FEMA put some of these owners in the 100 year flood plain without letting them know. One neighbor had sold their home and found out 2 weeks before closing about it. Of course, the buyer walked away.
