5. Located in the center of the proposal is the old Carmike Theater which is now a church!

7. All of the drainage will be directed to a retaining pond located in the south west corner of the property.
8. Water service will connect to London Lane at the North East corner of the property. This water service is connected to the main water supply for Williamson Medical Center and to the large water tower located across Royal Oaks Boulevard.
9. Additional water service will connect to the existing water mains that supply the church property (this is served from another water source).
10. Sewer will connect to the existing church sewer.
11. There are way too many trees being removed. Replacement trees are planned. Don't know who is supposed to count them to make sure they are equal.
