Go to page 15 of these minutes and look at item number 24. This is about the 6 acres that Alexander Ford had rezoned to commercial. It is clear that the remaining 4 acres of the original 10 will be labeled "non-buildable lot".

Page 10, item number 36 - There was some revision to Williamson Square Subdivision for lot 8. (Apartment complex is going on lots 8-10) There was an exhibit of deficiencies dated 7-20-99. Anyone know how to get a copy of it?

Page 24, item number 37 - There is lots of good stuff to read about commercial zoning of South of London Lane and west of Royal Oaks, Access for Harpth Ford, noise and light concerns for our neighborhood and the intend to leave the 4 acres as unbuildable.
