Umbrella Investments (the developer) has proposed to build 9 apartment buildings around the New River Fellowship Church (formerly the Carmike Movie Theater) that is located behind the Kroger in Williamson Square. There will be 250 apartments, and the FIRE MARSHALL has DEMANDED that two “rights of ways” be included within the scope of construction. These “future” rights of way will someday be connected to London Lane (right at the curve near the bottom of the hill).

This blueprint shows were the Fire Marshall wants the roads to exit the development onto current vacant land.

Below is London Lane with the 'Right of Way' between two houses near the bend in the road. The L shaped property belongs to the owner of Alexander Ford and is to the right of the apartment complex property.
